Terms
The short version: we run the cards, the tap pages and the follow-up. You are the person the leads think they are talking to, so the obligations that come with that are yours.
What you get
- Hardware you own outright. A card keeps working if you never pay us again — the public profile and the vCard are on the free tier for that reason.
- A tap page held to a published budget: under 100 KB, no blocking scripts, and it renders with JavaScript switched off.
- On paid tiers: the exchange form, the pipeline, the materials library and the consent export.
- On the Agent tier: outbound follow-up on WhatsApp, Telegram and email, behind the policy gate.
What is yours to get right
Messages go out under your name. You are the controller of the personal data your leads hand over, and you are responsible for what you upload as grounding material — if your rate card is wrong, the agent will quote it correctly and still be wrong.
- Only collect details from people who are standing in front of you and choose to give them.
- Keep your materials accurate and current; remove anything you no longer stand behind.
- Answer the approval queue. A held message that nobody looks at is a lead you have dropped politely.
- Do not attempt to import a list. There is no path for it, and asking support for one will not produce one.
What we will refuse
Some things are not settings. They are absent from the code, and no plan, contract or support request turns them on.
- First contact with anyone who has no consent record.
- Sending the same message to many leads at once.
- Presenting the agent as a human. The disclosure is a gate check, described in the AI disclosure.
- Stating a commercial fact that does not map to a stored source.
See AI disclosure for how the last two are enforced rather than promised.
Billing
Plans are priced in USD and billed per seat, monthly or annually. The AI agent is a separate purchase on top of a Pro or Team seat, billed per seat per month (from $30 to $150 a seat a month) and bought on one of three steps; what the step buys is how many leads a month the agent will handle, and the count against it is visible in the product rather than discovered on an invoice. Cancel in the product and the subscription ends at the end of the period. Cards are bought once and are not a subscription, so a card already bought is unaffected by any of this.
Availability
Hologram 2.0 is a prototype. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, and the numbers quoted here are the targets the build is judged against rather than a service level you can yet hold us to.
Ending it
You can export your leads and your consent log at any time, on any paid tier, in a format that survives us. We would rather be left than depended on.
